Professional Adventurer

After 22 years of publishing the Restaurant Guide of Kansas City, I decided to ‘officially’ share my knowledge, experience, and personal contacts in France by launching a sister-business called Global Culinary Escapades. Today I moved back to France and changed the name to "Denis Culinary Tours."

Since 2013, as a professional Food Tour Guide, I excel at helping you plan your perfect vacation. Not just any vacation, but truly exceptional trips filled with inspiring and enriching experiences. I believe in seeing France in the most unique way possible, and I want to share my knowledge and passion for travel and tourism with all of those whom I guide.

I have personally known for years many of the artisans and restaurants that we visit, so the biggest challenge in planning tours is narrowing down the places where we can actually take people on the tours because of time constraints. There are so many fantastic artisans passionate about what they do and amazing places to visit with such a rich history that we could easily spend a lot more time in each area.

In your article about Al Fresco dining, why on earth didn't you include in your list of amenities the one thing that 75% of your readers are interested in? That is:which of the restaurants with outdoor dining cater to non-smokers??
