Bo Lings is happy to announce the addition of a new and very
interesting sushi menu to its restaurant in the Skelly building at 47th
and Jefferson Street in the Country Club Plaza.

“We are excited to offer our guests sushi," owner Richard Ng
says. "Like all our cuisine, our sushi is of the highest quality, using
the freshest ingredients available." Sushi Chef Jimmy Tan has created an
imaginative and varied menu, from the crisp, clean taste of sashimi to the
delicious flavors of maki rolls you may never have experienced before!
Chef Jimmy's specialty maki rolls include Snow White (crab mix,
cream cheese and avocado topped with chopped white tuna and snow crab, then
drizzled with honey wasabi aioli); Yellow Submarine (spicy yellowtail, shrimp
cucumber, mosago fish roe, daikon sprouts and pickled ginger in yellow soy
wrapper); and Red Dragon (spicy tuna, crab mix, and cucumber topped with
tuna). That's just the start of this
chef's ambitious sushi offerings! Add a
cup of miso soup, edamame, seaweed or squid salad, spicy crab salad,
cucumber sunomono, and a Bo Ling's cocktail

Dine at the beautiful marble-topped bar and watch our chef's knife
skills as he creates truly beautiful sushi in the new Bo Ling's flagship
restaurant, or enjoy outdoor dining. Those who prefer to
order carry out can enjoy parking spots dedicated to curbside pick-up.
“We feel we have created our best space,” says Richard, “and we
have more surprises coming! With each new restaurant, we have tried to improve
and bring something new to our guests."
