Our first wine tasting event will be with wines from Argentina and
matched with food from Argentina & South America. Our focus at La Parrilla
will primarily be Spanish/Portuguese & South American wines. Steve has
selected 4 wines to be paired with the South American influenced foods.
Our Chef/Owner, Alejandro has made a four course wine tasting menu in small
plate style. For the first course he has paired Peruvian Ceviche of shrimp
& octopus with a Colome Torrontes & ending with Steak a la
Parrilla with Tikal "Amorio" Malbec.
