My mom's cooking

"Pot au feu" is a French beef stew. According to chef Raymond Blanc, the pot-au feu is "the quintessence of French family cuisine, it is the most celebrated dish in France. It honours the tables of the rich and poor alike.

My mom used to cook "pot au feu", and I have followed her steps. She used to do something different with the left over. Which I do!

It changes it a little so you don't get too bored with it...
