Braising makes tough cuts of meat tender and flavorful. Learn easy recipes to create tasty, meaty meals. We will make beef enchiladas, chicken tacos and cider braised pork chops. We'll finish it up with Flan - a wonderful, creamy custard dish. Come braise with us!

Italian Cooking: Gnoochi
- 6-8pm - $42
We will explore many different types of Gnocchi such as potato, sweet potato and ricotta. We will also dabble with sauces, including: pesto, gorgonzola cream and a fabulous red sauce. To finish up the class we will create a wonderful tiramisu dessert.
