Fresh, seasonal local peppers stir-fried with lean pork in a black bean, soy-chili sauce. We use a combination of Mild Anaheim, sweet bell pepper, and a touch of Jalapeno peppers. A mildly spicy dish.

Fresh pineapple, shrimp and scallops in a white fried rice with egg and onion. Light and delicious.
