Bo Ling's sushi for a perfect summer meal!

Bo Lings is happy to announce the addition of a new and very interesting sushi menu to its restaurant in the Skelly building at 47 th and Jefferson Street in the Country Club Plaza. “We are excited to offer our guests sushi," owner Richard Ng says. "Like all our cuisine, our sushi is of the highest quality, using the freshest ingredients available." Sushi Chef Jimmy Tan has created an imaginative and varied menu, from the crisp, clean taste of sashimi to the delicious flavors of maki rolls you may never have experienced before! Chef Jimmy's specialty maki rolls include Snow White (crab mix, cream cheese and avocado topped with chopped white tuna and snow crab, then drizzled with honey wasabi aioli); Yellow Submarine (spicy yellowtail, shrimp cucumber, mosago fish roe, daikon sprouts and pickled ginger in yellow soy wrapper); and Red Dragon (spicy tuna, crab mix, and cucumber topped with tuna).   That's just the start of this chef's ambitious sushi ...

Argentinian Wine Tasting at the new La Parrilla Cellar

We invite you to our new location and visit our intimate wine cellar decorated with exposed hardwood beams and adorned with Persian rugs. Steve Wilson of City Wine Market in Lawrence is offering private wine tastings in the Cellar. Steve's extensive knowledge in the retail wine/liquor industry and his specialization in small, family owned and boutique wines, make this a unique experience.   Our first wine tasting event will be with wines from Argentina and matched with food from Argentina & South America. Our focus at La Parrilla will primarily be Spanish/Portuguese & South American wines. Steve has selected 4 wines to be paired with the South American influenced foods.  Our Chef/Owner, Alejandro has made a four course wine tasting menu in small plate style.
