PARISI CAFÉ SERVES FREE COFFEE IN HONOR OF NATIONAL COFFEE DAY

Kansas Citians are invited to recharge… for free in celebration of National Coffee Day. From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, September 28 Parisi Café at Kansas City’s Union Station is offering a free cup of coffee in celebration of an annual coffee holiday. For those seeking a specialty item in honor of National Coffee Day (which is officially Saturday, September 29) Parisi Café is offering $1 off all barista-prepared medium/large coffee and espresso-based drinks all day. No coupon necessary, however guests must mention National Coffee Day to receive the discount. The local artisan coffee roaster opened its first café inside Union Station’s Grand Hall one year ago. For the past six years, the company has sold 100-percent Arabica bean, drum-roasted coffee in local grocery stores, as well as custom blends for a number of well-known area restaurants.
