RA Sushi's new summer menu

Just in time for summer, RA Sushi is introducing a new appetizer as well as several new sushi rolls and hand rolls that will only be available June through September.

The perfect shareable starter to any meal, the Edamame Wontons are lightly fried wontons with a creamy edamame cheese filling ($8). Also great for sharing, four new creative rolls will be offered on the limited time summer menu. A unique twist on a classic salmon presentation, the Seared Dill Salmon Roll features cucumber, avocado and arugula, rolled and topped with seared salmon, lemon and truffle salt ($11). Heat up your summer with the Chili Shrimp Roll with kani kama crab mix and cream cheese rolled in rice and seaweed, lightly tempura battered and topped with spicy kani kama crab mix, crispy shrimp, cilantro and jalapeno ($12).
 

For a tropical style roll, try the Lobster Salmon Roll filled with lobster, mango, avocado, and cucumber, rolled and topped with lobster, salmon and a lobster cream sauce ($13.25). Tempura lovers will enjoy the Shrimp-Calamari Tempura Roll featuring calamari and shrimp tempura, cucumber, avocado, and cream cheese, rolled and topped with crunchy tempura bits, then drizzled with sweet eel sauce ($9.50).

Recently offered as a limited time menu item, RA Sushi is bringing back three of its most popular hand rolls for only $5.50 each. Perfectly portioned for one, the rolls make the ideal light dinner item or a great lunch to-go sushi option when on the run. Each hand roll is wrapped in lo bok and soy paper and filled with rice and romaine lettuce. The Spicy Tuna Hand Roll features spicy tuna mix, avocado and cucumber. For those craving a little heat, the Chili Ponzu Yellowtail Hand Roll is filled with spicy yellowtail mix in a chili ponzu sauce, cilantro, jalapeno and cucumber. The Shrimp Tempura Hand Roll is a combination of shrimp tempura, kani kama crab mix, tuna mix, creamy wasabi sauce, avocado and cucumber.

Beginning in July and available through the end of September, RA Sushi will be adding four refreshing summer salads to its menu. The Asian Chicken Salad features mixed greens tossed with chicken, cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes in a seasoned soy vinaigrette, topped with sweet cayenne cashews, fried ramen noodles and sesame seeds ($10). The Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Salad is a tropical-inspired combination of mixed greens, shrimp, pineapple and green onion, tossed in a Suehiro vinaigrette and topped with sweet cayenne cashews ($11.75).

For sushi lovers, the Sashimi Salad is the perfect choice. Tuna, yellowtail, salmon and shrimp sashimi are paired with mixed greens, seaweed, cucumber, avocado, lo bok, and poke dressing, then topped with sesame seeds, wonton chips, and thinly sliced red pepper ($12). A creative take on a popular salmon presentation, the Dill Salmon Cucumber Salad is seared salmon tossed with mixed greens, tomato, cucumber and asparagus, tossed in a house dressing, and topped with dill, lemon and truffle salt ($11).
