Winter - Oranges

The season has already started. Now is the time for blood oranges to arrive at your table. Very aromatic, with little acidity, they are excellent oranges.

Blood oranges cultivated in the United States are in season from December to March (Texas), and from November to May (California).

Yummy ideas

Nice with duck or porc tenderloin. Orange quarters in a smoked magrets (duck) salad will be a nice surprise.

Let me know if you want more ideas or share yours!
