Free Concert

The Kansas City Power & Light District announced today plans to add a free concert to their Rock the Block Bike Night series. On Saturday, October 9, 2010, Worth-Harley Davidson North and Van Chevrolet present Buckcherry, live on stage at KC Live! The free show is open to the public, ages 21 and older.

In their second decade as a recording and touring rock band, Buckcherry is promoting their recently released fifth album, All Night Long. The Grammy-nominated hard rock band originally formed in 1995 and is from the Los Angeles area. They are best-known for their biggest crossover hit to date, "Crazy Bitch," and their first Billboard Hot 100 top ten hit, "Sorry."

The Buckcherry concert is the finale of the Rock the Block Bike Night concert series, presented by Worth-Harley Davidson North and Van Chevrolet. Coors Light is a supporting sponsor. An opener has not yet been announced.

The Rock the Block Bike Night concert series features free concerts on the last Wednesday of each month, May thru September. In addition to the Buckcherry concert, Saliva will play a free concert as part of the series on Wednesday, September 29, 2010.

An additional perk offered during Rock the Block Bike Night concerts: complimentary motorcycle parking.
